Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our office is also open on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon for patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Patients requiring same-day appointments are requested to call early in the day to schedule an appointment.

Blood pressure checks and allergy shots are available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please call us before you come to the office so that we can have your medical record available.

For patient convenience, Family Practice - Yorktown offers designated laboratory tests and Class II-Class III FAA flight physicals.

Our experienced and well-trained physicians have medical staff privileges at Mary Immaculate Hospital.

If you have an urgent medical need after office hours or on the weekend that requires the attention of a physician, please call our office for recorded instructions. After office hours our physicians share on-call services with Dr. William H. Polk; of the TPMG Internal Medicine - Newport News office.

Please request prescription refills during your appointment with your physician, or ask your pharmacist to fax us your refill request. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request, after we receive it from your pharmacy.

Please request referrals during your appointment and allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request with your insurance carrier.
