ERIC C. DARBY, M.D., F.A.C.S. received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Washington University and earned his Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College. He completed a residency in General Surgery and a residency in Urologic Surgery at New York Medical College’s Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Darby is board certified in Urology, a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been practicing in Newport News since 1998. Dr. Darby served as Vice-President of Mary Immaculate Hospital from 2000 to 2002; as Chairman of the Operating Room Committee since 2000; and as President of the Medical Staff since January of 2003. |

GEOFFREY B. KOSTINER, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from McGill University - Montreal in Quebec, Canada. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Univeristy of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. He completed a residency in General Surgery and Urology at the Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr. Kostiner is board certified in Urology and has been in practice since 2001. Dr. Kostiner joined the TPMG Urology Office - Newport News in 2005. |

DAVID M. HARTKE, M.D. Dr. David Hartke received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and earned his Doctor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Urology at the University Hospital of Cleveland, Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hartke completed a fellowship in Urology; Laparoscopy and Oncology at the University Hospital of Cleveland, Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hartke is a board candidate in Urology and joined the TPMG Urology Office in Newport News, Virginia on August 10, 2009.
