PATRICK B. HIGDON, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, followed by a residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Dr. Higdon is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Hampton since 1999. |

RUTH H. INNES, M.D. received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and earned her Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. She completed a residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Regional Medical Center. Dr. Innes is board certified in Family Medicine and joined TPMG Family Medicine - Hampton in 2003. |

FRED N. THOMAS, III, M.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Thomas completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the East Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, NC.
Dr. Thomas is board eligible in Internal Medicine. He joined TPMG Family Medicine - Hampton in September of 2006. |

MOHAMMED AMER, M.D. earned his MBBS Degree at Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India. He will complete his residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Residency Program in Newport News, Virginia on June 26, 2010. Dr. Amer is a board candidate in Family Medicine and joined the office on July 1, 2010.
