Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Patients are cared for by appointment. If you require same-day medical
attention, please call early in the day to schedule an appointment. During
office hours our on-call physician is available to care for patients who
experience a sudden illness or injury that requires same-day medical attention.

Blood pressure checks and allergy shots are available Monday through
Friday and do not require an appointment. Please call us before you come to the
office so that we can have your medical record available.

For patient convenience, Holland Road Family Medicine offers in-office
x-ray services as well as designated laboratory tests.

If hospitalization is required, our physicians will coordinate your care
with a carefully selected and experienced hospital-based physician.

If you have an urgent medical need after office hours or on the weekend
that requires the attention of a physician, please call our office for recorded
instructions, including our answering service telephone number.

After office hours Holland Road Family Medicine physicians share on-call
services with other board certified family practitioners.

Please request prescription refills during your appointment. For any
other refill needs, please call your pharmacy directly and have them
contact our office for your refills. Please allow 24 hours for this to
be completed. Check with your pharmacy to see if they are ready. It is our
policy not to prescribe or refill medications after normal business hours.

Please request referrals during your appointment when possible. Allow 2-3 business days to process your request with your insurance carrier.
