FRED N. THOMAS, III, M.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA. He earned his Doctor of Medicine at the Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Dr. Thomas completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the East Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, NC.
Dr. Thomas is board eligible in Internal Medicine. He joined TPMG Family Medicine - Hampton in September of 2006. |

LINDA G. P. SCHNEIDER, M.D. earned her Doctor of Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Charleston Area Medical Centers of West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Schneider earned a MBA in Healthcare at Old Dominion University. Dr. Schneider is board certified in Family Medicine and Clinical Lipidology. She has been in practice on the Peninsula since 1983. Dr. Schneider joined TPMG on
January 1, 2009.

Kimberley W. Gipson, M.D. earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mid Michigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, Michigan from 1993 to 1996. Dr. Gipson is board certified in Family Medicine. Her area of interest includes women’s health, allergy and asthma, holistic and preventive medicine, mental health in primary care, and patient education. Dr. Gipson joined the TPMG Hampton Office on September 1, 2009.
