Dr. Rajinder Singh

TPMG is proud to announce Dr. Rajinder Singh. Dr. Singh is Board Certified in Neurology. He completed his neurology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Wayne State School of Medicine in Michigan.

Prior to joining TPMG, Dr. Singh has been in private practice in Newport News, Virginia for almost 14 years and prior to that he has worked at the VAMC and Neurology faculty at Eastern Virginia Medical School for 9 years. He also did his post doctoral fellowship at John Hopkins School of Medicine. His special interests include migraine headaches, movement disorder, multiple sclerosis, dementia, and epilepsy and stroke management. He has special expertise in clinical neurophysiology including EMG and EEG and Botox. He treats patients with Botox for the following neurological disorders: chronic migraine headache, cervical dystonia, post stroke spasticity, hemi facial spasm, blepharospasm and hyperhidrosis.

Dr. Singh is currently seeing patients at our new Peninsula Neurology location adjacent to Mary Immaculate Hospital.

TPMG would like to announce our new After Hours Care Clinic. The office is located in the same facility as Hidenwood Family Medicine. The hours are 6pm - 9pm Monday through Friday and 9am - 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

TPMG After Hours Care serves patients who need care outside of the physicians workday hours. The facility offers the care of a family medicine practice. After Hours Care also provides care for sprains, lacerations, acute injuries and illnesses as well as offering X-ray and EKG services. Our staff will also provide visit information to the patient’s usual physician for follow-up care.

Dr. Robert Grant

TPMG welcomes Dr. Robert Grant. Dr. Grant is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with a subspecialty certification CAQ in Sports Medicine. He completed his residency in Charleston, South Carolina and a Sports Medicine Fellowship in Lexington, Kentucky.

Prior to joining TPMG, Dr. Grant practiced for 18 years in Lexington, Kentucky. During his time in Lexington, Dr. Grant served as team physician for many universities, colleges, and high schools in the area. He also spent some time as the New York Mets spring training Florida physician. His special interests include arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder & knee.

Dr. Grant is currently seeing patients at our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine office in Newport News on Mondays and Thursdays and in Williamsburg on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Dr. Shawn Flanagan

TPMG is excited to announce Dr. Shawn Flanagan. Dr. Flanagan received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine where he was class president and maintained honors in family medicine and clinical practice. He completed his residency at the University of Nebraska.

Dr. Flanagan has been working in the Air Force in emergency and family medicine since 2002. He has received the Meritorious Service Award and held many leadership positions. Dr. Flanagan is board certified in family medicine and a diplomat of the American Academy of Family Medicine.

Dr. Flanagan recently joined the staff at Hidenwood Family Medicine on a part time basis. Beginning November 1, Dr. Flanagan will take over full time physician duties and will see patients Monday through Friday every week. We are proud to welcome another exceptional physician to the TPMG team.

Shiela M. Robison

TPMG would like to extend a warm welcome to Shiela M. Robison. Shiela obtained her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy degrees at Grand Valley State University in Michigan. Upon graduation she found a staff physical therapist position at a practice in Hampton where she quickly became the senior therapist. Shiela spent several years as the clinical outpatient coordinator of outpatient physical therapy at Williamsburg Community Hospital. She also spent three years as the director of rehabilitation services at Williamsburg Community Hospital before opening her own practice.

Since 2003 Shiela has been the director and owner of her own practice: Reach for Performance. Her specialties include musculoskeletal, orthopaedic pre/post surgical, traumatic and sports medicine.

TPMG is excited to have Shiela as our Director of Physical Therapy-Williamsburg. We feel that she will be an asset to our patients and overall team.

Dr. Saunora Prom

TPMG is proud to announce the arrival of Dr. Saunora Prom. Dr. Prom obtained his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006 and recently completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at Virginia Tech.

Dr. Prom will be seeing patients alongside Dr. Cynthia Romero at Romero Family Practice on Wednesdays and Thursdays. He will also be seeing patients at the Princess Anne Urgent Care Center on Mondays and Fridays.

TPMG is delighted to have Dr. Prom helping to provide patients with a specialized service at a convenient location on the Southside.
